
Diane Cranmer – HH Manager, who set up the whole operation. Dianne has extensive public sector experience and currently works as a Public Sector Consultant. Dianne, as well as managing the Health Hub, also advises on Housing & Benefits.


Kay Ram – Kay retired a few years ago after running a successful business in film distribution. Kay is a key support worker and our Maitre d’; she helps to guide and support clients in their interactions with Health Hub. Kay is also a member ot the Tech Help team, giving help with anyone struggling with online access, mobile phones, etc.


Ruth Fogg – Ruth specialises in providing practical skills and solutions to understand and manage stress in both personal and professional situations. She has been in business since 2002, and her qualifications include a Diploma and MSc in Counselling Psychology, Teaching, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique and Stress Management. She wears hearing aids in both ears, but is an excellent lipreader! She is an Honorary Fellow of Brunel University and a Fellow of the International Stress Management Association.


Cathy Prouse – BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT – Following the recent loss of her husband and mum, Cathy now offers support to others experiencing bereavement. These losses reshaped her understanding of emotional health and well-being.
Her 30-year background in the IT corporate world changed when her husband died. As a result, she explored a wide range of support options and became interested in how people heal. This led to qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and Counselling Skills.
For over 2 years, she has been involved in assisting with ‘The Bereavement Journey’ at St. John’s Church, Egham. This is a 7-week programme, as well as monthly Bereavement Coffee Mornings.

Janet Hodge – Social prescribing is embedded within the primary care team. We work alongside clinical and non-clinical staff as well as the outpatient and voluntary sector within communities.
We bridge the gap between clinical and social needs that are having a negative impact on an individual’s health and well-being.
This includes navigation of services, including isolation, benefits, mobility, employment, etc.


Mr Albin Jose – Albin’s background is in managing a wide range of joint, muscle, and soft tissue conditions. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and further specialised with a Diploma in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Injection Therapy from York St John University.
Albin has extensive expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal problems, from acute injuries to long-term conditions. He develops tailored rehabilitation and management plans that not only support recovery but also promote long-term health, function, and resilience. His additional training in injection therapy enables him to offer advanced treatment options, particularly for patients with persistent pain and movement limitations.
Driven by a passion for patient-centred care, Albin combines evidence-based practice with a supportive and compassionate approach. His focus is on empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery, restore confidence in movement, and enhance overall quality of life.


Simon Carter – Simon recently retired from Pharmacy, having owned and run the pharmacies in Wraysbury & Datchet for 27 years. He gives general health advice.
