We are aware that the cold weather and short days can leave many of us feeling a bit disconnected, now you can pop along to Coffee and Cpmpany to meet up with friends, make new friends or obtain other support, as it will be running in parallel with Health Hub, all our advisors will be available, plus our team of volunteers to make you feel welcome.
